Ingredients
1 (32.oz) package First Street Tater Treats
8 Slices of Bacon, chopped
1/4 cup Chives, chopped
Sour Cream, for topping
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1-2/3 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
Directions
  1. Prep tater treats according to the package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a saute pan over medium heat. Place on a paper towel lined plate. 
  3. Make the cheese sauce: In a saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle in flour, whisking to combine to create a slurry. 
  4. Gradually pour in milk, whisking the entire time, to form a thin sauce.
  5. Gradually stir in the cheddar cheese and chili powder, mixing until everything has combined. Remove sauce from heat. 
  6. Start creating layers in your jar by adding the tater treats. Top with cheese sauce, bacon, sour cream, and chives. Repeat layers until you've reached the top of the jar. 
  7. Serve & Enjoy!
